Emotions in the Manifestation Process

A sentence I love and that changed my perception of emotions is:


“Emotions are simply energy in motion: e-motion”


And this is so true, and life changing. All emotions are is simply energy, that moves through our beings to give us a precious clue, an indication of how we are feeling about a certain thing, person or situation.


What’s important to look at is the way all emotions have a defined frequency. And because of their frequency, they are really powerful tools that you want to use at your favor in the manifestation process. Because as you know, frequency is everything when it comes to manifesting your desired reality. In fact, a visualization practice or journaling exercise is nothing if not done with feelings, emotions. This is when all the ‘magic’ of manifestation starts working, when the subconscious part of your brain starts to rewire itself to actually attract and manifest the feelings & things what you are visualizing.



Once you decide what it is that you want, the key to manifesting it into your life is to begin to vibrate on the matching frequency of your desire. You do this by feeling, acting and believing that not only you are worthy to receive it, but even more that you have already manifested it. This allows you to tap into the frequency of actually receiving it, because when you do so, you absorb and internalize the feelings of already having manifested it. The rest is just about surrendering in trust & watching it show up into your reality.



Emotions are the best indicators to find out whether we are actually attracting or, if not attracting, resisting what we desire into our lives. To find this out, we can pay attention to the way we feel. Our emotions are like guide posts that tells us whether the vibration we are emitting in each moment is in alignment with the expanded or the contracted version of ourselves.



When we feel love, we are in the energy field of abundance, when we feel fear, we are in the energy field of lack. Same goes for feeling good or like sh**. The better we feel the more allowing and receptive we are in relationship to our desires. The worse we feel, the more resistance we are in and the harder it will be to attain our desires.



Since we have the capacity to not only feel but also trigger our own emotions, and the subconscious part of our brain does not know the difference between what is real and what is simply imagined, we have the power to create emotions inside our bodies by visualizing or imagining a desired outcome. And as each emotions vibrates at a particular frequency, you may want to use them as your advantage and feel the ‘higher frequency’ emotions, the most often possible.


… And this is where the Emotional Guidance Scale of Esther and Jerry Hicks is really a wonderful tool to guide you: the highest you are on the scale, feeling emotions that range from 1 being the highest and 7, the better your manifesting abilities are and you are emitting a frequency that attracts your desired reality into your life. The lower you are on the scale, feeling emotions from 8 to 22, the more resistance you are emitting towards what you are really desire. And everything else in your life responds to that frequency.










The lowest you could feel in terms of manifestation frequency is experiencing feelings of fear and victimhood, 22 which indicates a real resistance towards your desired reality. The highest you could feel is experiencing feelings of joy, appreciation, gratitude & love, being 1 on the upward scale, effortlessly attracting your desires to you like a magnet.



Once you become practiced at the art of paying attention to the emotional and vibrational frequency you are emitting, this list will become extremely useful to you as it has been to me, helping you raise the frequency you are sending out. In the beginning, as you learn to become more attuned to your emotions it could be useful to think of your range of emotions with simpler terms. My favorite way to do so is to use the two main & basic human emotions which are love and fear. Love is expansion and fear is resistance. It can be as simple as asking yourself daily, in each moment:



“Am I making this choice based on love, or fear? Am I choosing thoughts that reflect love, or fear?”

Or “Do I feel expanded in my body when I think these thoughts, or restricted?”



When you start to see your life through the lenses of fear and love, you can decide to go about your day, choose thoughts and take decisions (even the smallest ones) choosing to go in with the frequency of love, rather than fear. Choosing love over and over will allow you to remain in the frequencies of the upward spiral, whereas decisions or thoughts based on fear, will inevitably get you stuck somewhere in the frequencies of the downward spiral, resisting your desires, no matter how much you want them, how good your intentions are or how much you try. Always Love.
